1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us on 0427 270162 or 03 5664 4459, alternatively you can email. Our contact information can be

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can
contact us & request a quote up to 24hrs beforehand as we may have availability.
3.How much does it cost?
Please see the hire page for prices & conditions. Prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business,
location or length of hire..
4.What do the prices include?
All jumping castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries (please
contact us for delivery rates). The price includes a blower, extension cable and safety crash mat. The price
also includes set up, inflation and collection. You will also receive instruction on safe use & a reference guide on all items hired from
us.
5.When are your castles & other equipment available?
Our equipment is available 7 days a week all year round except Christmas Day. Special arrangements can be made if you need a Christmas
Day hire.
6.How long do I get the equipment for?
Please see our hire page for details on length of hire or ask for a price if you have special requirements. Generally
though, we will deliver, set up & instruct you on use of equipment prior to your hire start time & return after your hire has expired. You do
not pay for time involved in setting up or taking down.
7.Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us.
8.Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit is preferred & is required to be eligible for our discount rate. However arrangements can be made to suit the circumstances.
9.How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery (preferred). We do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in
sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. Allow postage times plus 5 full business days for cheques to clear
10.What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the hire, all deposits will be refunded less a $5,00 administration fee. For later cancellations
where a deposit is paid, see our no loss deposit policy.
11.What is your "no loss" deposit policy?
Although rare, we may have to cancel due to conditions such as extreme winds or you may might cancel for reasons of your own. In either case
you will receive a deposit certificate for the full amount. The certificate is valid for a year and can be used as a deposit or towards
payment for future hires on any of our equipment. You can even pass the certificate on for use by family or friends.
12.What if it rains?
Unfortunately jumping castles cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons. Those supplied with a sun/rain cover, are fitted
with the cover in case of unpredicted light rain only. Other equipment (popcorn machines, etc) connected to mains power must be turned off &
covered or moved under cover.
13.Can jumping castles be set up on a slope?
Unfortunately this is not generally possible, however if it is a very slight slope it may be. You will need to discuss this prior to the
booking.
14.How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the equipment?
Jumping castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 25 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on
which castle you hire. Popcorn, Fairy Floss machines, etc take about 15 minutes for set up & instruction & about 10 minutes to pack up.
15.How much space is needed for castles?
You will need to allow a minimum of 1.8m at the front and rear of castle, about 1m feet either side. This is to allow access and for the
blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the
area where the castle is to be sited.
16.When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply & a responsible adult to
supervise the castle at all times. Also you will need to provide some form of picture I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence. This forms part of the hire
agreement.
16.Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions & guides with every hire.
18.Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14. We do not have castles suitable for adults at this time.
